I founded my coaching business after experiencing first hand the life-changing impact that coaching had on my career and ultimately, my life. Rising through the ranks at The Telegraph and Google, I spent over 14 years leading high-performing commercial teams, navigating the fast-paced world of sales, strategic targets, and digital transformation and then in 2016 I stopped. I pivoted to a career running my own business which gave me time to do the things I love. This decision taught me about courage, leadership and being my whole self. Balancing ambition with the life you truly want isn’t always easy, but it is possible.

Change Maker and Military Spouse
Having studied Positive Psychology I am passionate about discovering what makes people truly happy. A mother to two incredible (and exhausting!) humans, I’m also a long-distance runner and Ice Hockey player.
As a military spouse, I’ve lived in multiple countries gaining invaluable experience in resilience, navigating change, and building meaningful connections at pace. These skills shape my approach to coaching - helping others adapt, grow, and thrive in ever-changing environments.
In addition to my private coaching, I work as a Career Coach for The Forces Employment Charity in the Executive Services team. I support senior members of the Armed Forces community-serving personnel, veterans, and spouses, helping them define their next career move and create a life that aligns with their needs and their ambition.
