I founded my coaching business after experiencing firsthand how life-changing coaching can be — not just for a career, but for life.
Having spent over 14 years rising through the ranks at Google and The Telegraph, I led high-performing commercial teams through the fast pace of sales targets, strategic growth, and digital transformation.

Then, in 2016, I quit.

I pivoted to running my own business - a decision that gave me back the time to do the things I love and taught me about courage, leadership, and being my whole self.

Balancing ambition with the life you actually want isn't always easy. But it is possible.

Today, I coach in person in South East London, online everywhere, and with the Forces Employment Charity, supporting senior military leaders through their own transitions.
