THE ACTION HOUR is a one-off coaching session to tackle an immediate need.

ELEVATE is a three month 1:1 coaching programme.

 

You will receive:

A 30 minute 'chemistry' call (free) to establish if we both feel excited about working together. If we're both happy, we will get started from there.

 

Three one hour 1:1 sessions online or in-person (in London) that include:

➝ Clear, actionable goals established in your first session

➝ Regular accountability check-ins to keep you on track (minimum of three)

➝ Practical exercises tailored to your needs

➝ Thought-provoking challenges that broaden your perspective

➝ Recognition and celebration of your wins

➝ A clear action plan for the next steps

TRANSFORM

TRANSFORM is a six month 1:1 coaching programme.

 

You will receive:

A 30 minute chemistry call (free) to establish if we both feel excited about working together. If we do, we will get started from there.

Six 90 minute 1:1 sessions online or in-person (in London) that include:

 

➝ Session one: The Establish 90.

This 90 minute call is where we establish your goals and discuss the context. I listen and learn whilst you share the context of your experience - not just your professional self but how it fits into your life as a whole. We will begin to identify areas for focus and opportunities for development. This session helps us understand where you're starting from and the key areas of focus and development that will guide our work together.

 

➝ Session two: The Plan.

I’ll present to you a plan for the following sessions which include your commitment to the programme and to the actions we agree. Together, we’ll lay out a plan for the coming sessions and agree activities and homework to ensure you stay engaged and on track with your goals.

 

➝ Sessions three, four and five: The Work.

The core of the coaching. The thinking, listening and experimenting. These sessions are where we harness your commitment and investment to clarify your path and move you forward with confidence.

 

➝ Session six: The Close.

We will review and celebrate your journey: the wins, discoveries and actions you have taken. You will have the space and time to set your plan for what comes next whilst acknowledging how far you have come. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence in your ability to deliver, knowing exactly what your next actions will be.

 

➝ The Return.

To ensure continued progress, we’ll agree on a follow-up call — usually 3-6 months after the final session. This call helps keep you accountable and ensures you stay on track as you continue your journey.
